Real estate agents aren’t kidding when they talk about curb appeal. First impressions can make or break a transaction – or a professional relationship. Past clients would tell you my friendly, kind and compassionate manner are only outshined by my knowledge, professionalism, strategic negotiating skills and attention to detail. My ability to listen and understand a client’s needs enables me to expertly hone in on the best options available and find what clients are looking for.
A home inspector once told me – “Cindie, it does not matter what price point, you are selling you always find the nicest homes for your clients!” Buying property sight unseen sounds risky, but as a strong gesture of trust, I have sold many homes without clients physically seeing them beforehand. This level of trust extends to sellers, who have often had to relocate prior to their homes hitting the market, thereby leaving the sale and care of their property fully in my hands. Forming lasting relationships and providing ultimate customer service is a critical component to being an elite agent in the real estate business, something I take great pride in.
Friends say I work harder than anyone they know, but since I love what I do, it is easy to be dedicated and passionate about my career. Giving back and supporting my community is another important part of my life.
The Ben’s Bells Project, a Non-Profit Organization that promotes and educates kindness throughout Tucson and neighboring cities, has inspired me to proudly serve on its Board of Directors. Whether I’m selling a 2.5 million home, as I did in 2015 or delivering keys to a first-time home-buyer(s), I cherish the internal reward of knowing that I’ve helped change someone’s life in a wonderful way.
Since becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2002, I’ve facilitated more than 150 million in sales – which translates to tons of happy homeowners. So, how can I help you today?
